For adults, they provide daytime classes on Wednesday mornings (10am-12noon) at Farnborough Village Hall, blending traditional Tai Chi with Inner Warrior self-defence training that emphasises remaining composed under pressure rather than aggressive force. Evening classes run Wednesdays 7:30-9pm at Poverest Primary School, catering to all abilities and ages 18+.
