Flow Combat Systems is a specialist martial arts academy serving the Surrey area (Epsom, Reigate, Ewell and Sutton) with programmes designed to build practical self-defence skills, fitness and personal confidence across all ages. Led by Sifu Pat, an instructor with over four decades of martial arts experience, the academy teaches Jeet Kune Do, kickboxing and Filipino martial arts to children from age 5 through to adults.

Rather than accumulating techniques for their own sake, Flow Combat Systems emphasises Bruce Lee's principles of simplicity, directness and adaptability—teaching students what genuinely works in real-world situations. The academy operates a tiered programme model: Little Dragons classes (ages 5–8) introduce young children to kickboxing through play-based learning; Kids JKD Kickboxing (ages 9–14) builds fitness and self-defence in a supportive, challenging environment; Adult JKD Kickboxing delivers stress-relief and conditioning for those 16+; and dedicated Jeet Kune Do sessions offer deeper martial arts study for serious practitioners. Multiple weekly sessions across three locations ensure accessibility. The welcoming, community-focused approach prioritises individual progress over ego-driven competition.
